Preparation of paper submission
Authors will be able to choose which conference (WoW/WPTC) to submit their papers to. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® online digital library.
Number of papers allowed per submission
Each accepted paper has to be associated with a non-student registration, even if it is presented by a student. For non-student and IEEE member registrants: Up to TWO (2) papers can be associated with each non-student registration.
Non-presented paper policy
Accepted papers are expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers who do not attend the Conference will be subscribed to a “No Show List”. The “no-show” papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings and will not be included in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
